A Peek Inside - Our Brainstorming Process!

It is certainly an exciting time for Haute Papier as we gear up for the 2012 National Stationery Show.  We thought we would show you a teeny tiny bit of how our new product R&D process works.  What you see above is a photo of what we call "The Board".  Well, it's actually a few boards, but you get the idea.  Nothing gets ink until it's decided on and not changing unless absolutely necessary.  This, of course, really means that something just doesn't work in the end.  Live and learn, right?!?  And below, "The Wall".  These are the finals and our true inspiration to keep on going until May.  Everything is look awesome and we can't wait to launch!

  

Haute Papier's 5th Birthday Party!

We were so excited to celebrate Haute Papier's 5th birthday with our friends, families and fabulous clients a couple of weeks ago.  We did a bunch of DIY craft projects in the process of getting ready that we'll be sharing over the next couple of Make-It Mondays and decorated our new warehouse space at the same time!  Thank you, thank you, thank you to each and everyone of you who have supported us through your encouragement, purchases and promotion through the years - we look forward to many, many more! xoxo - Sarah & Erin

Our Newest Product!

Haute Papier Grows!!!

KateIntroHere at Haute Papier, we're delighted to announce and introduce the newest member to the team, Kate Meyer, Client Coordinator!  If you're a current vendor, Kate will soon be calling to say hi!  She's excited to meet you all and looking forward to being your most efficient and useful resource for all things Haute Papier! Since we love things a little more fun around here we asked Kate to share three random facts with us, much like the ones you may have read about owners, Sarah & Erin here.  Here's what she said:

  • * I'm a history nerd and can name all of the Presidents and depending on the day, almost all of them in order!  (We say quiz her the next time you call!)
  • * Following in my love for history, I named my cat Roosevelt
  • * Despite my clumsiness and constant tripping over things in the office, I love to dance and took lessons for several years

Overall, we had a great show and are looking forward to working with all of our new vendors.  We're up to our necks getting the binders ready and are excited to get them out and into the stores!
