Digital Print Production Associate

This position works within our production department, printing and fulfilling personalized orders for stationery and notepads. Responsibilities include using digital printers, laying out sales and marketing tools, producing wholesale albums and basic maintenance of print equipment. This is an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital printing, color matching, and Adobe Illustrator. We are seeking a hardworking & creative individual for this immediate, full-time opening, though do encourage individuals with part-time availability to apply.

PART-TIME, SEASONAL Proofing Associate

Our Proofing Associates are responsible for designing and laying out our custom orders, from stationery and notepads to coasters and wedding invitations. You will work alongside another designer to manage laying out orders in a timely manner. This is an immediate opening with a possibility of extending past the holiday season. Must have experience in Adobe Illustrator.

Proofing Associate

Our Proofing Associates are responsible for designing and laying out our custom orders, from stationery and notepads to coasters and wedding invitations. You will work alongside another designer to manage laying out orders in a timely manner. Responsibilities include creating digital proofs for all of Haute Papier’s custom collections available via our vendor partners, designing new cash and carry goods, assisting in the design and creation of Haute Papier marketing materials. This is an immediate opening. Must have experience in Adobe Illustrator. Possibility for partial work remote.


Internships at Haute Papier

An internship at Haute Papier provides a unique, invaluable hands-on experience to learn about many different aspects of Haute Papier. We are actively seeking creative, motivated and reliable students who are interested in learning about production, finishing, printing, marketing, business, and other aspects of running a small company.  The internship covers all aspects of Haute Papier and interns are expected to spend time with each department, working on a variety of different projects. Flexibility and enthusiasm are key for success. Due to the boutique nature of our company, students are given a great amount of freedom to excel and focus on different departments. 

As a small company, Haute Papier is only able to accept one to two interns per season. Internships are available as paid or for college credit and a minimum of 15 hours per week.  Must be local to the DC area & love paper and people. To be considered for an internship with Haute Papier, please send your resume and a cover letter explaining why you want to work at Haute Papier, as well as what you’d like to learn during your internship, to info (at) hautepapier (dot) com.
