In honor of a certain someone's first birthday today (we CAN'T WAIT to show you the circus-themed party we've been working on) we are finally sharing the beautiful baby room our dear friend Nancy Margaret prepared when her first born was on the way. Working with neutrals between taupe and dove gray, we letterpressed these oh-so-soft announcements with a chevron pattern frame for them to share the news with their loved ones!

What We Love To See
We were so thrilled to see the article featuring Hatch Show Print in the March issue of Country Living! We love what we do around here at Haute Papier, but if the likes of Bon Iver or Lady Antebellum want to call us up to design and print a concert poster we might like it that much better. How cool would it have been to work on a Hank Williams or Patsy Cline (ahhhh!) poster?!?! It sounds like a visit to Jim Sherraden and the crew at Hatch Show Prints is a must on our next trip to Music City. And here's why we love this article so much - because to us this is the perfect blend of the commercial and artistic side of letterpress and when any of us in the community get such a cool nod we all can feel proud of what we do!

Letter M Press
We love all things letterpress (as you know!), so you can imagine how exciting it was to come across Letter M Press! Letter M Press is an iPad application that allows anyone to create letterpress creations using digital wood type. We especially love that the process is the same – you arrange, lock, and ink the type – and you can print it once you're finished! This is a must have app for all letterpress lovers who don’t have the room for the real thing!
